Peter Motzkus

(* 1986 in Schwerin/Germany)

Born and raised in Schwerin/ Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.

Graduated 2005 at "J.W.v. Goethe" School of Music, following community service.

Since Oct. 2006 in Dresden at "Carl Maria von Weber" College of Music, major in Composition (Prof. W. Krätzschmar, Prof. M. Andre + Prof. M. Tsangaris)

Performing singer in numerous choirs and vocal ensembles in town (Dresdner Kammerchor, Säschsisches Vocalensemble, vocalis ensemble dresden).

Mainly composing for voice: choir (with orch., aCap.), Lieder (with pno., ChamberEns.)...

Furthermore interested in film music - an additional study at HFF "Konrad Wolf" in Potsdam-Babelsberg is announced.
